Describe the bug

The current version of the section Debugging with VSCode is not up to date.

The last changes on the events pushed into the event handler changed the event logging, which is not the same as referred on the section Debugging with VSCode.

For instance, steps 5 and step 6 cannot be performed because the fields eventType and eventPayload are not logged.

Expected behavior

When following the guide on How to get the GitHub event we should be able to get the event and run the Reviewpad in debug mode.
