support for autolinks

Github introduced APIs for Autolinks and the API has support for it.

what do you think about supporting it?

Something as follows should due

autolinks:

Probably a new plugin can handle this

is there any guide how to contribute to the project? e.g. how to configure the project for one to be able to spin up probot-settings locally and see how it affects a test repository?
