[Bug]: Euro Currency Setting is not working.

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

Going to setting and selecting Euro from the currency has 0 effect on the home page. Prices will still be displayed with the USD symbol.

When adding new components the price is still predefined as USD and not EUR.
Also going to settings again the change from USD to EUR is not saved and it resets to USD.

It appears that although the option to change from USD to EUR is there in the selection drop down menu, selecting EUR and saving it in the settings has no effect in the platform.
