版本是v_4.2.0_191129

两个问题：

1.邮件发送的正文，html被解析成了文本

2.html编辑器无法下拉

没滚动条，下面是啥也看不见

@youzhanghao 有。别复制代码，在html页面上复制然后黏贴就可以了
