bug 描述
Remax 文档网站无法打开：https://remaxjs.github.io/remax
发现以下两个文件 404 报错
https://remaxjs.github.io/umi.css
https://remaxjs.github.io/umi.js

期望结果
应该是部署的时候忘记添加 publicPath，以下资源可以正常加载
https://remaxjs.github.io/remax/umi.css
https://remaxjs.github.io/remax/umi.js
