Steps to reproduce

Okay this is kinda hard to explain as it is pretty inconsistent but I'll do my best.

Say I have a mkv downloaded file I play with CloudStream, and say we have a test case time from 5:00 to 5:10, and in that 10 seconds there are two strings of subtitles, A and B. Okay so now here's where it gets messy: A does not show, but B does, I fast forward 10 seconds, then rewind again, now B does not show but A does (or rarely they both now will) but then it becomes inconsistent with subtitles randomly cutting out or even getting desynced throughout the video. It is also not a subtitles issue, as testing the exact same video file with MX Player and it works perfectly without any issues.

Expected behavior

Subtitles should show properly

Actual behavior

Other details

Hopefully I explained this sufficiently, I apologize if my explanation was confusing as it was kinda hard to explain but happens with multiple files and fairly often (as well as happens playing actual online files sometimes as well) I can provide more details if necessary.

It happened to me some time back for some days, but recently I haven't faced the issue on my side. The problem right now for me is there are a lot of subtitles that don't load when you click on it. What I mean by not loading is, you select a subtitle and click on apply. But still no subtitles are shown for some reason. Never faced this issue before. But it is quite common the past few days. Also it happens with multiple titles, so I guess it is some bug in subtitle encryption or format or something. I don't know the exact technical term used for it
