Changing video tracks causes video to stutter

Steps to reproduce

1. Stream content
2. Select source with multiple video tracks
3. Change video track

Expected behavior

New video track should play smoothly.

Actual behavior

Video will now stutter and won't play smoothly.

Other details

Quitting and re-streaming will default to the first video track and thus won't function as a workaround.
