User reporting to have issues with rom uploads

No more information for now, except that they were not able to add even one rom with the manager.

I really need more feedback than this to look about it, since it just works as is.

There is just some lacks of form upload error related to how Dropzone is actually integrated, that hide error messages, see #28

I strongly think your dumb feedback is just errors about the file format / file extensions rejected by the Manifest rules

They won't know anything like i said with #28, upload errors are almost hided since there is a dumb redirection at end of the upload process
