Better rom lists display using "gamelist.xml" #4

Try to play with the "gamelist.xml" files to display rom list with more info like the game image, it's full name, production date and maybe the description.

The biggest difficulty is for games images, because they are stored out of project static directory. With a web server in front it would be just about aliasing a directory, but with the Django runserver it's something different.

Don't expect this for a soon to come release. This is a huge work to gently manage gamelist.xml files then make an ergonomic and cool interface to use.

It was just an idea i would want to come, but before minding about it, the webapp must be stabilized.
