I have tried mk_arcade_joystick_rpi at retropie 4.6

but the driver do not work，

Who know why ？

no body know why ,you should look at libaray by pi 4B

Hello - I've published a fix at https://gitlab.com/mighty-owlbear/mk_arcade_joystick_rpi-pullup-fix which may resolve issues using the driver on Raspberry Pi 4 and 400 with RetroPie and Raspberry Pi OS.
