Steps to reproduce

CREATE TABLE t1 (a int);
INSERT INTO t1 VALUES(1),(2),(3);

SELECT min(a), max(a) FROM t1 HAVING min(a) = max(a);

CREATE CACHE FROM SELECT min(a), max(a) FROM t1 HAVING min(a) = max(a);

SELECT min(a), max(a) FROM t1 HAVING min(a) = max(a);
