Compatibility issue with create-react-app v.1.0.4 #25

By following the thread: #24, I can get Button rendering properly in my create-react-app generated app. With a full test of the react-toolbox features, I found the following features are not working:

  1. Font Icon
  2. Slider
  3. Snackbar

There are not errors when trying to use the features.

Can you share some code? Maybe there is something missing or the themes are not included.
