Include only suggests in tags #845

How can I allow include only suggests in tags?

For Example: user writes a word and press enter, but this word doesn't exist in suggests, so nothing happens.

I changed handleAddition to verify if tag passed exist into suggests, but when user press enter a word is removed from input.
