Screen will not update after conditional render if re-rendered stack contains current screen.

I modified the code from official doc.
There are two screens name 'signIn' but reference to the same component.
When I change state, the screen will re-render but the screen on emulator won't change if the both conditions contain a current screen.
How should I solve this issue? Thanks.
