I wonder if there's a way to cancel an api call from the current screen when opening a modal ( from react navigation ) with AbortController for example
As far as I know, when opening a modal, the current screen is not unmounted and is hidden.
But if I have a screen, like a Feed Screen, where I do multiple api calls, and I open a modal to create a form for example, I need to cancel all api calls, otherwise it will results of memory leak
