T o answer my own question, you can create your own instance of let viewController = RCTPresentedViewController()
public func onThreeDSChallengeRequired(completion: @escaping (UINavigationController) -> Void) {
if let rootViewController = self.viewController {
let nc = UINavigationController()
nc.delegate = self
completion(nc)
}
