can you let us choose multiple betsettings for the miner streamer_settings and give us a filtercondition for the prediction time? some channels have predictions with long timers but they end it early. if we have a filtercondition we can make some betsettings use a faster delay so we can bet.

also ican you make it so we can have more than one betsetting? it will check the condition in the first betsetting and if it is true then it will make the bet. if the first setting filtercondition is false then it will use the second betsetting instead
