Where stored docs or .md files ?

We are created some docs or markdown files but these files where store in project.

I'm going in 2 directions. Either a /docs within SPS's root. OR, we have a /docs inside each generator.
The first is good as it fits into standard documentation conventions. The second is good because as everything is modular as generators, documentation for each module too can reside here.

Pl note this is for Internal Documentation of SPS and not of the User's project.
