Currently custom Yeoman generator installs all the atom plugins irrespective of the fact that whether a particular plugin is already installed or not. Rather the generator should ask for the plugins that we wish to install.

@riteshe63 This is an issue with apm itself. @divya3103 We need to open an issue at https://github.com/atom/apm
