NEW VARIABLE: Hearing Outcomes as release/denial

There are a number of parole hearing outcomes listed on the parole board's website and they're hard to understand, particularly for those who don't work in this field (i.e., most people!). Below is a breakdown of the values that appear in the data set. I'd like for the scraper to create a new variable that reflects these simpler categories:

RELEASE
• Open Date Own Program (Historical)
• Paroled - straight date
• Paroled - Open Date
• Reinstate Original Release Date
• Not Sustained - Cancel Delinquency
• CPDO Granted (Conditional Parole for Deportation (get released and then deported. WooHoo!!))

DENIAL
• Denied
• Special Consideration Denied
• Rescind Original Release Date/New Date
• Sustained - Revoke (historical)
• Not Sustained - Revoke (historial)
• Modified Sustained Revoke (historical)
• CPDO/Merit Time Not Granted

Ambiguous
• Or Earlier/Postponement
• Other
• Rescind Original Release Date /New Date
