Add support for photo decoding

Each iThumb (ithmb) file contains encoded images as thumbnails. Add support for decoding these images from their respective format into JPEG or PNG. http://www.ipodlinux.org/ITunesDB/#Image_Name

@AZProductions In the iPod files you shared with me a few months ago there were some images apparently stored in your camera roll. Do you remember what those images were?

If so, did they look like this by any chance?
