aii-custom: missing from this repository

We make extensive use of aii-custom to inject configuration and commands into kickstart files at RAL,
but somehow it never made it on to GitHub.

please do not make a new plugin for this code, just a PR to aii-ks. we can figure out some magic way to make it work old profiles that configure this as a hook.

but i am interested to know what you are trying to configure this way.

also, they were pushed to sourceforge after this was setup https://github.com/piojo/AII-contrib
we should make a PR to @Piojo repo to add both custom and savefile

as a matter of fact, i can use both in some form for some code i'm planning to add 😄
