When retrieving new logs the connection to client gets lost #995

When retrieving new logs the connection to client gets lost then restarts again repeatedly if i keep trying.
However I can view old logs before the day it started crashing.

Also what is the directory for the logs in the clients device. Maybe I can just manually grab them instead?

Any suggestions?

Logs by default are located at
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Logs

I have not had that issue, MaxXor will need to help you with that one.

You are probably running an old version of Quasar and/or have updated the client to the latest recently?

I am having the very same problem. When I want to retrieve logs of more days, for example 7 days (that is, 7 files), the window of Keylogger just crashes and nothing gets downloaded. Quasar version v1.4.0. And it happened in just one of client(s). The connection just restarts by itself.

Edit: deleting old logs on the client, and downloading fewer, new logs, works fine. I think it has to do with the amount of files it has to download & decrypt?
