Create updated version of Fermi-Hubbard tutorial with new OpenFermion and QCS features #160

Current tutorial + code doesn't leverage OpenFermion or QCS's new features . We should create a more full example with the folllowing:

  1. Simulation using FQE.
  2. Picking good qubits using combo of visualization of heat maps + loschmit echo.
  3. Calibrating qubits using Floquet Calibration.
  4. (incase not include) Proper use of batching.
