通过设置监听setOnTabSelectedListener

我的意思是,选中的tab左边有个竖条,然后背景颜色也同事改变,你能留个QQ吗?可能这么说说不清

可以使用这3个属性实现，但是指示器就不能用了

app:indicator_color="@color/white"
app:indicator_corners="0dp"
app:indicator_gravity="fill"
