CI Lint workflow erroring out, missing secret #181

The CI Lint workflow on PRs is consistently erroring out as follows:

Error: failed to set secret "" via --secret flag without a value

Help: Try to set an env var by the name "" with the secret value or pass the value as part of the --secret flag

Recent examples:
