Library segfaults when trying to set HID properties before socket is open #1

Repro:

Get a device (d = hid.device())
before opening, run d.setNonblocking(1)

Expected:

Error since no socket exists yet

Actual:

Segfault

Platform: Linux Ubuntu 12.04 x86-64, hidapi backend
