rtsp协议的H265可以播放，但是截取图片时是灰图 #333

使用了其他框架monibuca测试了rtsp的265协议获取帧是正常的

常规截图命令：ffmpeg -i rtsp://xxx:5544/live/test -vframes 1 output.jpg
结果：
lal 的是灰图，几率极大，99%---------希望作者能修复
其他rtsp框架，正常图像
指定取i帧命令：ffmpeg -i rtsp://xxx:5544/live/test -vf select="eq(pict_type,I)" -vframes 1 output.jpg
结果：lal和其他框架获取图都正常
