Expected Behavior

（如图）这应该是一个TreeView控件，我想要获取第二列（红色框中的）的文字或点击它，请问有什么方法呢？

Pywinauto version: 0.6.8
Python version and bitness: 3.12.2
Platform and OS: Windows10
