There is no option to have machine translations as suggestions in Transifex as of today.
I see two options to go forward with it:

change workflow: start fetching only reviewed messages, translate all Polish resources with machine translation, manually set all project members to reviewers, review and edit the messages;
switch to Weblate, which allows machine translations as suggestions.
