Excessively big difference between 99 and 100 saturation

I have a KL135(US) colour LED bulb, firmware "1.0.10 Build 210726 Rel.141846". I see an excessively big difference between 99 and 100 saturation. For example hsv 240 100 100 vs. hsv 240 99 100 blue, and hsv 0 100 100 vs. hsv 0 99 100 red. The difference between 90 and 99 saturation is much smaller. This does not seem right. I guess it might be due to the bulb's firmware though, and there may not be anything I can do about it. The bulb returns the requested HSV values in its JSON, so I guess python-kasa is setting the values correctly. Could a firmware upgrade improve this while still permitting local access via python-kasa?

I was wondering why some colours seemed wrong when set via Home Assistant, and this may help explain why.

Sounds like a hardware issue, but you could try and see if a firmware update helps. There has been no reports on KL135s losing local controls, so upgrading should not be an issue.
