Gender Categories in Chapter 4

Hello,
on chapter 4 of the lesson there is a part dedicated to categorical variables (gender in this case). Although I was able to get some results I ma struggling to replicate the R code behavior. Would it be possible to have an example on how to deal with indexing variables with PyMC with such example?
