The Pycroscopy ecosystem needs to be better explained. It needs to be linear in flow - start with importing data in SciFiReaders, explain the data aspects with sidpy, and then explain ML components with more domain specfic packages. This needs to be communicated prominently in the repo parent. Perhaps with a Jupyter Book? I will get to work on it.

Look at the documentation for PyTEMLib for an example of how we would like this to be structured.
