May I ask if you have done an example of a pseudo binary phase diagram using this software?

The short answer is not yet. For some pseudo binaries you can hack together a solution by using 'pseudo-components' to behave like pure elements, then just using binplot. We do intend to implement this general capability but I don't have a specific timeline for you.
