Not working when a Proxy is needed

Hi,

I tested your Chromium updater tool, but it not seem to work in environment where a PROXY is necessary to access the Internet. Your tool doesn't seem to try to use environment setting of Windows/IE to known if a proxy is necessary.

when I run the "win-updater.bat" I can see:

Like the URL is not returning something.

But If I take my IE/Edge/Chromium browser to access this URL, I get proprely the answer. Where is this value for now:
