[BUG] Playwright tests still time out too much in CI

What happened?

There are many a time where I have to manually re-run the tests on PRs as tests end up timing out in a seemingly random manner.

How do we reproduce the behavior?

Check out the latest staging PR.

What do you expect to happen?

Tests would not fail from timing out in CI environments.

What environment were you using?

OS: Windows 11
