File upload fails without page refresh after deletion

Describe the bug
Upon uploading a file, subsequent attempts to reupload it after deletion fail without a manual page refresh. Each deletion requires a manual refresh for successful reuploading.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any assignment
2. Upload a file and then delete it
3. Try uploading it again
4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
File reupload after deletion should work without manually refreshing the page
