IEEE-1558-2008 states (Annex D, D.2 UDP port numbers):

The UDP destination port of a unicast general message that is addressed to a manager shall be the UDP source port value of the PTP message to which this is a response.

Using PTPD version 2.3.1 and 2.3.2, when a Management "Get" message is received in unicast, the response is sent to port 320 instead of the source port of the incoming Get message.
