If the dropdown item is more wide than dropdown, the background and color is truncated

As code has:

  .autocomplete-list-item.selected {
    background-color: #2e69e2;
    color: #fff;
  }

With width:

  .autocomplete-list-item.selected {
    background-color: #2e69e2;
    color: #fff;
    width: max-content;
  }
