DLL-File Metadata

[SuglBug2k]

In the released versions of the package dll some information is missing.
For example the product name, description and copy right.

I guess this is the issue when I try to create a BOM of my container with syft and a nearly empty entry is generated for this package that causes errors in the further processing.

Would be nice if this could be fixed.
