Steps to replicate the problem

This happens on devices that are NOT on 24hr time format. I tried on my Pixel 2 phone and it was difficult to see the AMPM selector. Although you can scroll to it with effort. Need to see if thats the case with tablets as well.

  1. Go to Patient Chart
  2. Make sure your device Time is NOT in 24 hour format.
  3. Add a New Observation
  4. Change the time of the encounter. Look for AM / PM options

Actual behaviour

AM / PM not visible unless you try hard to scroll right.

Expected behaviour

Either show 24 hour time or show a better indicator of AM/PM

Agree this is confusing for people used to 12-hour time. Especially in the French-speaking deployment context, though, 24-hour time is well understood.
