New Round -> Validation Errors are hard to understand.

Sometimes Form Data Won't Save and all I get is a "Sorry Form Not Saved".
Sometimes I get a "form save failed" due to Index of 0 error.

I'm encountering this mostly when blankly entering form data. I'm sure some or all of them are validation errors against the ocg forms. (Ex. Maybe the pulse has an extra 1 at the end and isn't valid).

Specific validation errors would help troubleshooting the differences here.
