New Round -> Text Display Issues with Oxygen and Temp

1. Click a Patient Record.

2. Click New Round

3. Scroll to SpO2 oxygen sat (%)
   Result: I see garbage characters in place of the subscript 2
   Expected: Sp0subscript 2

4. Scroll to Temperature
   Result: I see garbage characters next to the degree sign
   Expected: Temperature (degreesign C)

This bug is really annoying, but it's a low priority—if it's still not fixed by the time we go to the field, we can write "O2" without the subscript and "C" instead of "°C".
