Can't disabled build-in keyboard after use-hid keyboard reconnect

Version: 14.13.24

When I use an external keyboard normally for a period of time and then disconnect it, after reconnecting it, the software recognizes the external keyboard but cannot disable the built-in keyboard.

PS: 14.13.0 without this question.

After reinstalling version 14.13.24, this issue cannot be reproduced.
