Map Delay after Login/wake up

Hi Everyone, I hope this is the correct place to ask, I coudlnt find any help in the web/forum.

When I wake up my mac karabiner takes a bit to work, although I copied the settings into the system default.
Since I am using Better touch tool for further triggers, after wakeup some triggers do the wrong thing since karabiner is not yet working properly.
I guess its about this (excpert form the log:)
"[warning] [grabber] virtual_hid_keyboard is not ready. Please wait for a while."

Any Idea why the system default thing does not work? Or is there a misconception of what this feature is about to do?
