"play_or_pause" key is Working "volume_increment".

I am working on an M3 MacBook Air using XPPen's ACK05. In ACK05, set F15 to key 1, F16 to key 2, and F17 to key 3, and in Karabiner-elements, set F15 to media key rewind, F16 to media key play_or_pause, and F16 to media key fast_forward. However, there are two problems.
One is that "volume_increment" is executed when "play_or_pause" is executed.
The other thing is that the media keys should be able to operate Apple Music regardless of the screen that is up, but with this setting, media cannot be operated unless Apple Music is in the forefront.
Is it possible to fix it?
