Window forgets unmaximized size when leaving borderless mode (while maximized) #6043

Fullscreen doesn't have this issue.
OS: Windows 10 (with latest updates) + updated NVIDIA drivers.

The video tries to explain it clearly. I also had a program that does stuff on the taskbar, etc., that I tried not running, but same result (just so there is no suspicion of it).

On lazer, if I have the window maximized and choose the window mode in this order...

windowedborderless (→ optional: fullscreen) → windowed

...the game seems to forget the original unmaximized window size. As you can see in the video, when I unmaximize the window, it has the same width and height (+1? probably related to borderless) as my monitor (1920 × 1080):
