Add option to not open workspace overview on launch app

Postman shows the workspace overview page on startup/launch if Postman was previously closed with no open tabs.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an option in Settings to allow you to disable the Workspace Overview tab from being opened when opening postman.

I saw that there was a similar request in the past, but it was closed, so I would like to revive this topic. People like me, who like a cleaner workspace, simply think it's too boring and polluting to open this tab when starting Postman. So my suggestion is to add an option that can be activated/deactivated, so those who like it can keep it activated, and those who don't like it will have the option to deactivate it.
