Performance tab missing in Postman enterprise

• I have searched the tracker for existing similar issues and I know that duplicates will be closed

Describe the Issue

Performance tab missing in Postman enterprise in the runner. Only functional tab is available.
OS platform: win32 10.0.19045
Postman for Windows desktop app version: 10.22.10

Steps To Reproduce

Install Postman for Windows desktop app version: 10.22.10
Sign in as enterprise customer
Right click collection > run collection
In the runner, performance tab is missing. Only function tab is available.
