Only show last 10 runs of collection

• I have searched the existing issues for this feature request and I know that duplicates will be closed

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When a collection is large the loading times for all the runs gets very slow.
Currently the lowest option is Last 100 runs.
There are 1300 tests in just 1 collection and I have multiple collections.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like a 'Last 10 runs' option Or 'Last 20 runs', hopefully this would get my waiting times down.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Deleting old runs from months ago makes it a little faster.
